every hangout comes with goon, an AI with opinions. add it to a voice room and just talk: say its name, ask anything, settle the argument. it answers out loud with captions, and everyone sees a listening mark while it's in the room. in a text chat, @goon is the polite one.

adults only, with no sexual content and nothing involving minors, ever. every report also blocks that person, and the gooner team reviews it; repeat offenders get banned. random chats vanish for you when they end, and we keep safety logs so we can deal with abuse. we don't scan your photos or calls.

yes. gooner is free to use.
do i need an account?
not for random chat: a made-up name is enough. hangouts, the feed, stories and messages need a Google sign-in, so your stuff stays yours.
will anyone see my real name or number?
no. strangers see a made-up handle, people in hangouts see your @username, and we never ask for a phone number.
is there an app?
gooner runs in the browser on phones and computers. add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
who is it for?
adults, 18 and up. no sexual content and nothing involving minors, ever.
what if someone is creepy?
skip them, or report them. a report also blocks them, so you won't be matched again, and the gooner team reviews it.
does goon listen all the time?
no. goon joins a voice room only when someone adds it, everyone sees a listening mark while it's there, and words not meant for goon are dropped, not saved.
